Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Connecticut State Standards.

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning.

Maintain a professional and respectful classroom environment.

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications:

Valid Connecticut State Certification in Mathematics (Grades 7-12).

Mathematics, 4-12 (029)

Mathematics, Middle School, 4-8 (229)

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
