Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare supporting schedules for quarterly investor reports and annual financial statements
Assist with annual audit processes and respond to audit-related inquiries
Complete debt compliance calculations and manage loan reporting requirements
Prepare weekly cash projections and review bank reconciliations
Process fund-level invoices and initiate wire transfers as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in fund or investment accounting
Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Communicate effectively with investors and respond to inquiries with accurate financial data
Work with accounting systems confidently; experience with MRI is a plus
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
A CPA certification or public accounting experience; preferred but not required
Assist in preparing tax projections and income tax return information for preparers
Support investor relations by preparing account statements and audit confirmations
Contribute to the preparation of annual investor conference materials and financial presentations
