What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians
Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Set and achieve department goals, budgets, and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and BDC teams to drive business growth
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
Manage warranty claims, parts ordering, and compliance with OEM standards
Maintain accurate records, inventory, and financial documentation

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts operations
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems
Ability to interpret technical information and explain it clearly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
