About Community Health Programs: Area Health Education Center Position Summary: The Intermittent Mobile Health Unit Driver operates, maintain, and safely drive Community Health Programs (CHP) mobile health units to outreach sites within a multi-county region, complying with federal, state, and local laws.
Must have excellent customer service, organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
Typing skills are required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Must be able to interact professionally with staff, patients, and community partners.
* Review and plan routes in advance of Heritage Community Clinic community outreach health clinics.
Operate mobile unit in a safe manner which complies with federal, state, and local laws.
Ensure safety during events, including safe entry, parking, and exit of the mobile unit.
Ensure completion of mobile health unit task checklist at all clinics and events.
Communicate with appropriate clinical staff via e-mail to share information related to clinic schedules and travel.
* Perform setup of Community Health Programs mobile health units at scheduled locations.
This includes completion of the mobile health unit task checklist at all clinics and events (pre- and post-trip), setup of the truck, cleaning, emptying trash and biohazard waste, monitoring parking and storage environment of mobile health units.
* Assist patients/visitors with safe entry and exit on the mobile unit.
Assist with administrative support and operations of clinic as warranted, including but not limited to greeting and registering patients, filing, assisting patients with form completion, making copies, and other duties as assigned.
* Maintain accurate written and electronic records of mobile health unit mileage and clinic locations, pre- and post-trip forms, daily vehicle usage log, AED safety log, fire extinguisher logs, and maintenance logs.
Maintain all DOT and vehicle logs as required by law and all company documents.
* Intermittently collaborates as a team member with the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and Community Health Programs, including participation in staff meetings and involvement in departmental projects or activities as needed.
Position Profile Monitors campus transportation and parking activities and compliance with established policies.
Responsible for overseeing permit parking, parking enforcement, event transportation, business transportation, campus transit service, safety and training, and facility and operations maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications Intermediate knowledge of job functions, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience.
Certain positions may require Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Must pass FBI/BCI background check.

Offers outside of this range of subject to additional approvals.
The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position.
