This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with teams to enhance Agile adoption and maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Proficient in Agile Methodologies with a strong understanding of portfolio management

Experience in launching and delivering Agile and Operating Model transformations

Strong understanding of tools like Confluence and JIRA

Experience in creating Agile documentation such as Playbooks, Reports, and Plans

Ability to coach new agile teams using Scrum or Kanban

Experience in developing and leading Agile training content

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Background as a Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, or Scrum Master

Experience in coaching business and technology leaders

Familiarity with PI events and QBR (OKRs)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Drive transformation initiatives and support functional teams

Lead Waterfall to Agile transformations from the ground up

Coach individuals, teams, and leadership in Agile methodologies

Create and deliver role-based Agile training

Foster teamwork and influence change within the organization
