Advertising Department OFF CAMPUS STUDENT EMPLOYER Academic Term/Year FALL 2025/SPRING 2026 Position Title Federal Work-Study (Off-Campus/Community Service) - Sheppard Memorial Library - Teen/Young Adult Library Desk Assistant Posting Number 07344 Position Number 07344 Student Job Category Student - Federal Work Study Community Service Number of Vacancies 1 Job Description Sheppard Memorial at the Bethel Library - 530 Evans Street, Greenville NC, 27858 - is currently seeking a Federal Work-Study Student to serve as a Teen/Young Adult Library Desk Assistant.

Duties include: * Sort and package seeds for the seed library * Organize, shelf read, and weed books in the YA area as needed * Assist in planning and setting up teen programs * Create book displays * Help prepare Make & Take Crafts * Maintain community puzzle and puzzle exchange shelf * Other duties as assigned Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) To qualify you must: * Qualify for Federal Work Study * Dependable * Prompt * Friendly * Able to put things in alphabetical and numerical order * Be able to use a Square register but will train * Computer literate Special Instructions to Applicant This is a Federal Work-Study (Off-Campus/Community Service) position.
