Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who can work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment to help to maintain superior product quality and monitor production efficiency.

This opportunity is a key role, focusing on the process improvement and continued growth of this well-established company in the Green Bay area. Duties include working as the liaison between Engineering and Production to help ensure the company is running to the highest efficiency and customer expectations are met, while maintaining company standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will maintain process documentation and work instructions, along with monitoring productions schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

This is a direct hire, Manufacturing Engineer role with a salary range of $70-$110K . Hours are Monday through Friday but flexible.

-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

-At least two years of experience in a similar role.

-Six Sigma Certification ideal but must have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

-Proficiency with Solidworks and AutoCAD.

-Great written and oral communication skills (internally and externally) are necessary.
