Plant Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Plant Controller. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $135,000 to $190,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Collaborate with the Global Controller and Finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights.

Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Manage interstate tax compliance efforts. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing industry

Must have cost and inventory experience. Experience:

Proficiency in tax compliance and familiarity with relevant tax laws and regulations

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
