Required Qualifications:
3-5 years in real estate law.
Juris Doctorate degree.
Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word.
Advanced legal research and technical writing skills, including proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Practical Law.
Strong academic and employment credentials.
Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good interpersonal interaction skills.
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proven track record of performance.
Job Description
Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing.
Address legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters, restrictive covenants, and more.
Facilitate real estate and loan closings.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, easements, developer agreements, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex real estate issues.
Collaborate with the internal real estate team and clients to ensure successful completion of real estate deals.
