Qualifications

What we need from you:

Various parking lot maintenance duties, including, but not limited to:

Must be able to follow cleaningschedule and maintenance checklist closely.

Walk the parking structures to monitor for any maintenance problems that needto be handled immediately.

Hand sweep and pick up all the garbage on premises,

Clean and empty trash cans trough out the lots and booths

Mop elevators and building grounds

Clean stairwells and handrails.

Use air blower when needed

Maintain gates and columns free of dust

Remove graffiti when needed

Great communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Must be able to stand, bend, walk and to lift 30 to 40 lbs.

No driving is necessary.
