Job Description:
LPN-Trillium Center Full-Time
Performs care requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical and social sciences in the application of the nursing process.
Utilizes high-level assessment skills to design and ensure multidisciplinary patient care to meet holistic needs, incorporating established practice guidelines and regulatory standards.
Must possess ability to supervise Techs, Unit Secretaries, and Clinical students.
All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.
Adheres to specific hospital policy and procedures.
I. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky or Kentucky work permit.
Certifications based on the unit worked:
BLS
LTA
CPI
Patient Deterioration
