Job Description:
TITLE: Student Proctor
DEPARTMENT: Student Accessibility Services
SUPERVISOR: Rachel Graddy
SSTA APPROVER: Rachel Graddy
SCHEDULE: Hours vary
POSITION LEVEL: Non-Supervisory (Minimum Wage)
General Statement of Duties: SAS utilizes Sullivan 138 as a test center, in collaboration with IT and the Math Dept. Hiring and training student proctors will allow SAS team members to remain in the office and respond to the growing needs of our students.
Responsibilities:
1. Proctor quizzes, tests and exams taken by students who are registered with Student Accessibility Services and have approved test accommodations.
2. Closely monitor administration of exams. Do not leave the exam location during designated hours.
3. Immediately report any sign of violation of the University's academic integrity policy.
4. Attend a mandatory training session.
5. Follow SAS protocols regarding exam accommodations and administration.
6. Coordinate and communicate with SAS Clerk and Graduate Assistant.
7. Read exams verbatim to students with corresponding accommodation.
8. Scribe student answers verbatim on to exams for students with corresponding accommodation.

2. Demonstrated executive functioning skills.
3. Must be reliable, dependable and responsible.
4. Commitment to the values and goals of Student Accessibility Services and Worcester State University.
