Job Description
Serve as the onsite lead superintendent on $150M+ data center builds, overseeing all vertical and horizontal construction phases
Coordinate with project executives, PMs, safety teams, and trade partners to drive schedule, quality, and safety performance
Lead daily site operations, subcontractor meetings, and enforce accountability across all trades
Maintain high-level communication with client stakeholders and report on progress, logistics, and site conditions
Enforce company protocols and implement continuous improvements in field operations
Mentor assistant supers and field engineers to build strong project leadership benches

The Successful Applicant
10-20+ years of ground-up construction experience, including lead superintendent responsibility on hyperscale or mission-critical builds $150M+
Proven success delivering complex data center or high-tech projects under a general contractor
Strong command of scheduling (Primavera, MS Project), field documentation, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to lead large teams and deliver under pressure on fast-track, technically intensive builds
Willing and able to travel full-time across the U.S. to lead large projects (rotation and accommodations provided)
OSHA 30 certified, with strong safety leadership and a solutions-first mentality
