Residential Care Associate Medicine Tech

What You'll Do: * Provide compassionate, hands-on care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment program * Facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and daily routines * Administer medications under supervision and maintain accurate documentation * Monitor resident safety and well-being, responding to behavioral needs with empathy and professionalism * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans * Transport residents to appointments and community activities * Assist with onboarding and training of new staff What You'll Need: * Minimum age: 21 * High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred * Experience working with adolescents in residential care preferred * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening * Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred-or willingness to complete training * Current CPR/BLS certification * Willingness to complete required residential training and CPS clearance Ready to make a difference in the lives of young people?
