The Buffet Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining, restocking, breaking down the food and beverage items at a buffet, monitoring food levels, ensuring the buffet area is clean and well-organized, and assisting guests with any inquires or requests. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift and carry moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual guest interaction.
