Piscataway Teacher Education Association Position (PTEA) 12 Month Work Year Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Qualifications: * Applicant must fill out an online application * Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports * Ability to read electric prints * Ability to lift at least 50 pounds * Black Seal Boilers License, Preferred * Electrical Experience * High School Graduate or equivalent * HVAC experience * Kitchen equipment repaid, electric repair and installation * Knowledge of fire and burglar alarms, Preferred * Knowledge in general maintenance repairs * Must be able to climb and work off ladder * Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools * Valid NJ Driver's License * Other assigned duties Responsibilities: * Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment * Participates in snow removal
