Description Tower Deli Team Member Job Description $$$ Eligible for both a signing and referral BONUS!

$$$ Shift: Part-Time, AM Shift only Pay: $15-$18 (including tips) Must be able to work at least 3 AM shifts a week, weekend or holiday availability About Us: Tower Deli & Grill is a fresh and inviting dining experience at Thanksgiving Point, offering handcrafted sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, and more.

Summary: As a Team Member at Tower Deli & Grill, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities: * Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude * Cook, prepare and assemble menu items according to our high standards * Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency are at a high level * Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment * Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety protocols * Assist with restocking and inventory management * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation * Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: * Previous food service or customer service experience * Previous experience working in a deli, sandwich shop, or grill kitchen is a plus.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Physical requirements include: able to stand for extended periods, twist, bend, climb and more with legs and arms; lift up to 30 lbs.

* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * Must pass a background check * Must be at least 16 years old.
