* Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.

* Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently on HVAC systems.

* Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act * Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.

* Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

What you NEED: * Age 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record * Authorized to work in the U.S.

* 1-5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience preferred * HVAC degree or technical school certification strongly preferred * Ability to work outdoors and operate heavy equipment safely * Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Contact us today to talk about your future-and take the next step in your HVAC career with Champion!
