Job Title: Cath Lab Tech

Location: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444

Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $74/hr. on W2

Schedule Notes: (4) 10 hour shifts 7-5 or 8-6. Mon – Friday. On call 10-12 shifts a month. Must reside within 30 min. Cardiac Cath, IR, Peripheral cases.

Duties

Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.

Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data.

Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure.

Assess and manage access site, and inform physician.

Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab.

Prepare patient for procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills

Licensed Radiologic Technologist.

RCIS certification preferred.

BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required.

Cardiac Cath lab experience required.

Hours Per Week: 40.00.

Hours Per Day: 8.00.

Days Per Week: 5.00.
