**Job Summary:**

The Overnight Coverage and Weekend Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity and providing assistance during overnight hours and weekends. This role involves monitoring systems, responding to inquiries, and addressing any issues that arise during these shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-CLEANING :)

- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and support requests during overnight and weekend hours via phone, email, or chat.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams as needed.

- Maintain a detailed log of incidents, resolutions, and any other relevant information to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

- Collaborate with on-call staff and management to facilitate a seamless workflow and handoff between shifts.

- Support maintenance and monitoring of essential systems to prevent potential outages or disruptions.

- Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and security of the physical workspace and any equipment.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or support is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends as scheduled.

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is preferred.
