Position Overview
• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Inspect, assemble, and package instruments for surgical procedures
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile supplies
• Operate sterilization equipment and perform routine maintenance checks

Job Requirements
Required Credentials
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sterile processing or central sterile services preferred
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in sterile processing (CSPDT or equivalent) preferred but not required
• Experience in a hospital or surgical setting a plus
