We are currently seeking a Private Client Advisor. This position will focus on high touch customers, building and maintaining business relationships and working with high value business accounts.

Assesses clients' financial situation by gathering information regarding investments, asset Assist clients with new products and services
Open new accounts
Internal and external inquiries and research requests
Process client transactions including deposits, transfers, and wire transfers
Daily client contact - overdraft report, check and wire verification, return deposited items, etc.
Verification of Deposit/Credit rating requests
Client supply orders (checks, deposit slips, endorsement stamps, etc.)
Cross sell additional Bank products and services
Coordinate and participate in Department meetings
Ensure compliance with Bank and Department standards (GLBA, BSA, Security protocol, etc.)
Support Bank Associates with setup of all additional product and services as required
Account Maintenance (client contact and follow-up)
Prepare and process account change requests
Client site travel as required (new accounts, transactions, maintenance)
Adhere to established Department standards and guidelines
Client and Bank event assistance as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or management
7+ years’ experience in branch banking including corporate/business accounts
Ability to handle escalations, cash management services, wire transfers and deposits
Ability to recommend and open business new accounts
High level aclient service skills
Experience solving customer problems and working with high touch customers
Professional communication skills
Experience working with a Windows-based computer environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and or Cantonese is a plus
The base pay range for this position is USD $129,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
