What You'll Do: * Build the Global E-commerce QA System and US QA Team: Lead the creation and development of a comprehensive quality assurance system for global E-commerce, and establish the QA team in the US, including Quality Assurance Engineers (QA Engineer) and Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET). * Hands-On Involvement: Have a deep understanding of business logic and system architecture.

Actively participate in test execution for various projects, mastering testing processes, testing techniques, and tools.

Provide guidance to new team members for a quick ramp-up.

* Project Delivery and Management: Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement test plans and strategies, identify and mitigate risks, standardize project processes, and manage and review defects.

* Team Building: Recruit team members, set team goals, and coach team members.

Document and share best practices and methodologies.

* Quality System Construction: Identify critical quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks.

Research and implement effective solutions to enhance system quality.

* Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish efficient and trusting relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
