We currently have a Part Time/PRN opportunity for an Ohio Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist.

The position would encompass evaluations and recerts in a SNF setting. You would be working with a strong devoted team providing therapy services to our residents.

Duties/Responsibilities

* Provides Occupational Therapy treatments and recerts to patients along with ongoing assessments, treatments if needed, program planning and implementation

* Adheres to applicable principles and practices of Occupational Therapy

* Provide interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and excellent customer service
