We are looking for a

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

Lead daily operations across esterification, blending, bottling, warehousing, and logistics functions

Plan work schedules, assign tasks, track attendance, and ensure output meets safety, quality, and cost standards.

Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and promote a culture of safety.

Manage daily production activities, supervise staff, and coordinate with other departments (engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality).

Develop and monitor production plans, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality output.

Lead, coach, and develop the production team; address performance issues and foster professional growth.

Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in process efficiency, yield, and cost reduction across all production areas

Analyze production issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Lead continuous improvement and lean projects to enhance throughput, energy efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Communicate effectively with plant leadership, safety committees, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with quality systems, audits, and regulatory standards.

You'll succeed if:

You have

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.

5+ years of production management experience, ideally in chemical or process manufacturing.

Strong understanding of batch processing, chemical reactions, and process safety management (PSM).

Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with SAP, process control systems, and documentation procedures

Hands-on knowledge of esterification processes and associated equipment (reactors, heat exchangers, distillation systems, etc.).
