General Surgeon - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgery Physician to deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education to our patients, while coordinating care across departments and with other entities.

Essential Functions: As a key member of our surgical team, you will: * Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

* Provide care in inpatient and emergency settings, including participation in call coverage.

* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services.

* Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams.

* Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

* Promote patient satisfaction through compassionate and professional care.

* Support office operations and billing processes.

* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless care.

* Uphold all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.

* Work Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, days.
