You will operate machinery, monitor production processes, assemble products, and ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

1st Shift: 7-330PM ($14 an hour) 2nd Shift: 330PM-12AM ($14.50 an hour) 3rd Shift: 12AM-8AM ($15 an hour) Key Responsibilities: * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and machinery * Follow standard operating procedures to produce high-quality products * Assemble products on the production line according to specifications * Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards * Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment * Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors * Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required * Assist with other tasks as assigned by management * Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar role (preferred) Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Basic math and measurement skills Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime or shift work as required Physical Requirements: Standing, bending, and repetitive motion for long periods Work Environment: Manufacturing facility with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels #SpringHillBranchCA Spring Hill FL 3179
