People Incorporateds Early Intervention Program is seeking a passionate, experienced Therapy Manager to lead our OT, PT, and SLP teams while maintaining a small, direct-service caseload.
You'll play a key role in ensuring quality care for children ages birth to 3 and their families in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
What Youll Do: * Oversee all allied health services (OT/PT/SLP) * Supervise & support a skilled therapy team * Deliver direct care to a limited caseload * Ensure DPH compliance and service excellence * Collaborate closely with EI Program Director What You'll Need: * Bachelors+ in OT, PT, or SLP + active MA licensure * 5+ years of Early Intervention experience * 1+ year in a clinical leadership role * Strong collaboration & communication skills * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
* Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
* Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
