Description:

* Prepare and submit documentation related to program budgets, payments, and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to appropriate district channels.

* Coordinate college access, advising programs, and partnerships in conjunction with district staff.

* Assist with coordination of college exam test preparation programs, including SAT, ACT, Pre-Assessment for TSIA, and TSIA-2 testing for 10-12 grade students district-wide.

* Provide training for counseling services, campus leaders, College and Career Access providers, and other stakeholders on college access, platforms, and online databases for program tracking and reporting.

* Plan, coordinate, and provide oversight to college & career access programs, budgets, and partnerships.

* Use the Department of Education database to track and report FAFSA/TASFA district-wide college financial aid submission and completion for all high school campuses and stakeholders.

* Plan, coordinate, and provide oversight for all TRIO programs across the district.

* Work with Dallas County Promise district-wide platform (Promise CM) and report out data to stakeholders.

* Manage the SchooLinks & Greenlight district-wide dashboards and ensure CCAP vendors have access to complete outlined program goals and export data extracts for reports to stakeholders.

* Coordinate, implement, and provide district-wide "College Registration Ready Drive" with school leadership to meet all district and departmental goals.

* Collaborate with Economic Mobility Systems on LEAP Grant college and career solutions tool and report to stakeholders.

* Use and navigate all reporting platforms such as the CCMR database, OnDataSuite, and College Board to report any ACT/SAT/TSIA data to school leadership and stakeholders.

* Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field required.

* Master's degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred.

* 5 years of directly related experience required.

* Strategic and operational planning skills required to achieve the goals of the position.

* Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Professional.

* Administrative ability to manage staff and resources.

* Exemplary skills in presentation, designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects/programs in accordance with specified guidelines and policies.
