Respiratory Therapist/RRT/PRN or PT/Flexible

Briarwood Nursing and Rehab -

Briarwood Nursing and Rehab is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care for our patients and residents.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Initial respiratory assessment.

Dictate the care plan development and execution.

Work with the physician to get the necessary orders and provides bedside care during the patient's stay.

Educate staff, patients, and family/caregivers.

Collaborative care.

Follow risk-stratification tool.

Pulmonary rehabilitation.

Other duties as assigned.

Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.

Educational requirements:

Minimum of an associate degree in respiratory therapy.

CRT or RRT License

Previous experience in long-term care desired.
