Will APP be Working Autonomously: No

Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Supervising Physician always available by phone if not present on site

Required Duties:

Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Test, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care

Additional Required Duties or Procedures: First response to any code stroke alert within the facility

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days

Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
