Southeast's work-readiness program for people living with addiction and mental illness, Project Work, is looking for Crew Leader to train, teach, and supervise clients at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
The Crew Leader oversees work crews performing custodial services, cleaning services and event set-up/tear-down, assuring all work is done to the customer's specifications.
Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a team of individuals at a work site, ensuring all crew members understand and meet their goals.
* Provide direct mentorship and coaching to help participants build essential work skills such as communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving.
* Organize and manage daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, effective, and safe manner.
* Collaborate with program manager to evaluate the progress of participants.
* Offer constructive feedback to participants to improve performance and build confidence in their job-readiness capabilities.
* Ensure that all safety guidelines and organizational policies are followed.
* Maintain accurate records of crew members' progress, attendance, and performance.
Current Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm
