Assistant Coach, Track and Field - Jumps The Athletics Department at Spring Arbor University, a member of the NAIA and the Crossroads League, invites resumes for the part-time (10 Month) position of Assistant Track and Field Coach for Jumps.

Reporting to the Head Coach for Track and Field, this position provides support and assistance to the Track and Field program.

Essential experience and skills 2 years of coaching experience Training design and implementation Professional communication with staff and student-athletes.

Bachelor's Degree Desired Character traits A committed follower of Jesus Christ Passionate about the sport of track and Field Equipped to challenge, and encourage Athletes to achieve greatness in the classroom, and in Sport.

Capable of understanding and validating the diversity of backgrounds athletes come from, while encouraging spiritual, social, and emotional growth in everyone.
