Must-Have: Candidate must understand the facility is a Drug-Free Campus and must produce a negative drug screen.

Description:

Conduct imaging exams primarily for inpatients, with some outpatient exams.

Perform imaging exams for patients in emergency and trauma situations.

Utilize fluoroscopy with a C-Arm to perform exams in surgical or sterile environments.

Conduct imaging exams portably and within the imaging department.

Utilize a computerized patient charting system and imaging equipment.

Perform patient intake by collecting medical history.

Answer patient questions regarding the imaging procedure.

Follow specific instructions on areas to image and guide patients through the imaging process safely and comfortably.

Operate imaging equipment proficiently.

Demonstrate a firm understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Exhibit knowledge of proper imaging techniques, particularly in special populations.

Confer with providers on imaging test results and collaborate on additional imaging requirements.

Work alongside other professionals and never alone.

Participate in weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Adhere to dress code policies regarding scrub attire and footwear.
