- Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Role: Coordinating and supervising patient care - Responsibilities: - Providing direct resident care - Assessing patient needs, both physical and psychosocial - Initiating and implementing the nursing care plan - Educating and orienting team members - Participating in patient and family teaching - Administering medication - Assisting physicians with procedures - Making rounds with physicians - Work Schedule: Casual/as needed, day/night shift, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend, every third holiday (on set rotation), 60 hours every two weeks - Education Requirement: Graduate of Registered Nursing (RN) Education program - License Requirement: Minnesota RN license - Specialty Type: Nursing - Sub Specialties: Med-surg Adult - General Certifications: Not Applicable - Additional Information: Job satisfaction guaranteed as each day allows for positively impacting patients.
