POSITION SUMMARY Provide direct patient care in the areas of respiratory care, cardiac care, neurology/sleep for all patients from neonate to geriatric.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Administers medicines and treatments and/or related procedures according to physician orders. Sets up and maintains ventilators and oxygen support systems. Performs cardiac testing, including Holter monitoring and stress testing. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION Graduation from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Therapy required. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. CREDENTIALS Must be accredited by the NBRC as an RRT. Must hold a current, valid Wyoming License as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, and be in good standing with the Board for Respiratory Care. Must have current BLS certification within 60 days of hire and maintain throughout employment. Must have current ACLS certification or acquire certification within 6 months of hire. Must maintain certification throughout employment.
