Client Support Specialist (Dispatcher) Location: West Allis, WI

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love helping people? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist (CCS) to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — booking appointments, managing service calls, and dispatching technicians — all while keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming client calls and deliver top-tier customer service
Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls with efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate permits with local municipalities
Track technician progress and communicate arrival times to clients
Debrief service calls and confirm payment collection
Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to coordinate part deliveries
Use critical thinking to assign the best technician for each job
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
Customer service, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Reliable, self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
