Job Description: Clifton Springs Hospital in Clifton Springs, New York, is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in the CT Scanner department. This role involves working variable hours, including all three shifts and weekends, ensuring comprehensive patient care across different times.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans according to physician orders.

Prepare and position patients for scanning procedures.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during CT scans.

Operate and maintain CT equipment, adhering to safety standards.

Evaluate images for quality and accuracy.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.

Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment).

American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment.

Effective 7/16/2018, NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience in CT scanning.

Only accepting travelers from over 50 miles away.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a hospital setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
