Job Summary:

A growing clinical laboratory near Tiffin, OH is actively hiring three skilled Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLT/MLS) for full-time roles. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment focused on delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests in disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunology

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

Record and evaluate data, ensuring quality and accuracy in all test results

Adhere to all laboratory protocols, quality control procedures, and safety regulations

Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other lab staff

Support training and development of new laboratory staff as needed Qualifications:

Associate's degree (for MLT) or Bachelor's degree (for MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

Certification through ASCP or equivalent preferred but not required

Previous experience in a clinical lab is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
