Symbria is seeking a compassionate and motivated COTA to join our Rehab Team in Bettendorf, IA on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA:): * Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and carry out personalized treatment plans * Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to help residents achieve functional goals * Contribute as a valued member of an interdisciplinary care team * Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program * Valid Iowa COTA license * Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends * Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus-but not required!
