Job Title: Speech Therapist Job Location: Montgomery County Educational Service Center - Suburban School District 25-26 Start Date: August 1, 2025 Salary: Commensurate with experience - includes a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus!

Full/Part-Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Days: 185 Who We Are: We're a premier provider of high quality, cost effective, special education services in Ohio.

What You'll Do: We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide educationally relevant therapy services.

* Deliver evidence-based speech-language interventions.

* Assess and support language development impacted by hearing loss.

* Interpret audiograms and support language access needs.

* Understand and apply principles of auditory therapy and bioacoustics.

* Collaborate in evaluations, screenings, and IEP planning.

* Provide therapy addressing language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatics.

* Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed.

* Support use of hearing and assistive technology in learning environments.

* Serve as case manager for speech-only students and complete all required documentation.

What You'll Bring: * Valid Ohio State Board of Education Pupil Services license or willingness to obtain one.

* Valid State of Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board license/certificate.
