School-Based Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

MLK Academy is seeking a compassionate and skilled clinical supervisor to support the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of our students TK-8th grade. The counselor will provide individual and group counseling, develop mental health programs, supervise one associate clinician and one graduate student trainee, collaborate with educators and families, and promote a positive and inclusive school environment. This role is integral to fostering student success by addressing mental health challenges and building resilience.
