* Assist in hiring staff, training, scheduling, and assigning duties.
* Supervise the requisition of all liquor (beer, wine, and other beverages) from the warehouse to all bars, as directed.
* Respond to callouts and adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage.
* Assist with performance evaluations.
* Maintain security of goods.
* Assist in maintaining all departmental team members' files.
* Train all beverage/bar staff.
* Keep staff updated on policies, procedures, and special events.
* Ensure compliance with State Alcoholic Beverage regulations.
* Ensure proper procedures are adhered to while handling emergency situations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Ability to obtain a Class III B+ gaming license.
* One (1) year of experience in bartending is required.
* One (1) year of food service and culinary knowledge is required.
* Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.
* Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit (required). * Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Permit (required). HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL * Knowledge of wines.
* Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
* Knowledge of mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness.
* Knowledge of P.O.S.
systems.
* Knowledge of the BERG liquor dispensing system.

* Skilled in basic math.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service skills.
