How You'll Make an Impact
In this role, you'll drive practice excellence and support our people, culture, and operational needs. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and Empowering the Team - Train and coach team members on new processes, techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
Optimizing Operations - Manage aspects of clinic operations such as treatment coordination, scheduling, patient correspondence, and payroll, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Enhancing the Patient Journey - Assist in patient examinations, review treatment plans, and design financial options, supporting patients in attaining their ideal smile.
Building Community Connections - Coordinate local marketing efforts, community sponsorships, and events, strengthening our bonds with patients and the wider community.
Data-Driven Improvement - Track key performance metrics and generate monthly reports to guide and improve practice operations.
Fostering Communication - Lead team meetings, huddles, and utilize communication boards to promote alignment and inclusion within the team.
The Leader We're Looking For
Leadership Skills - We're seeking a dynamic leader, with a minimum of two years leadership experience, who can strengthen team cohesion and organizational values. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives and drive engagement.
Business Acumen - Ability to understand P&L statements, identify efficiencies, and promote cost savings. We believe great talent comes from many paths-We welcome candidates from diverse industry backgrounds who bring transferable skills.
Strong Organizational Skills - You are detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.
