Description of Child Care / Kids Club Team Member

The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.

Essential Responsibilities of Child Care / Kids Club Team Member

Greet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club area

Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian

Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit

Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club

Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child

Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.

Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs

Maintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.

Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on duty

Promote O2 services

Other duties as assigned to support O2 Fitnesss vision and mission

Qualifications

Education/ Experience of Child Care / Kids Club Team Member

Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred

Childcare experience is preferred
