Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services to adults, adolescents, and/or children. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking flexible hours in a supportive, collaborative environment without the administrative burden of traditional employment. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate a range of hours.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions

Conduct comprehensive assessments, intake evaluations, and treatment planning

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care

Participate in clinical supervision (if required) and team meetings as needed

Support clients in achieving measurable treatment goals

Qualifications

Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC (supervision available for LMSW/LGPC)

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in mental health (preferred)

Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and culturally competent care

Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
