RNs LPNs CAs on unit. Based on scheduling and unit needs staff can be pulled to each unit to assist with the greatest needEach unit has charge nurses or clinical nurse coordinators who are in charge of each shiftEach unit completes bed side shift report and huddles at beginning of each shiftAll Acute care units can take med surg overflow patients as needed$75 rate
