Responsibilities:
Support the Complaints Lead with functions of the task order, including the review of complaints and disputes from dispensers, pharmacies, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to Negotiation Program requirements
Independently conduct initial triage of written complaints and disputes to determine and prioritize risk and appropriate next steps
Analyze documentation and data submitted with complaints, identifying and assessing potential risks or violations
Collaborate with the Complaints Lead and senior Complaint Analysts on referrals to the Investigations team
Collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify trends in complaints and disputes
Ensure accuracy in complaint documentation, tracking that each assigned complaint meets all documentation requirements
Ensure that all assigned complaints are addressed and closed within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Participate in interrater reliability (IRR) activities
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and CMS data protection requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant professional experience, or
Associates degree plus 6 years of relevant professional experience, or
High school diploma plus 7 years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and compliance with government programs preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Effective communication and writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

The annual salary range for this position is $30,000.00 to $56,000.00.Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
