This position provides administrative, educational, and client service support to Retirement Education Specialists and Advisors.

Core responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining CRM systems, tracking participation data, and assisting in the delivery of education sessions.

This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in retirement education and financial services, with clear growth opportunities into Specialist and Consultant roles as part of the HUB RPW career path.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Prepare materials for employee education events and presentations, including invitations, slide decks, and follow-up resources.

+ Maintain, monitor, and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with accurate client and meeting data.

+ Track program participation by client, monitoring both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program success.

+ Assist team members and advisors with calendar management, scheduling financial wellness sessions and education events.

+ Generate detailed and precise reports across key data points, including industry statistics, client-specific usage, and success metrics.

+ Prepare internal reports, spreadsheets, and analysis to identify client service needs and opportunities for advice.

+ Support client service team with meeting preparation, including agendas, memos, forms, and client correspondence.

+ Assist with the preparation, printing, and organization of documents for client meetings.

+ Respond to incoming client and advisor requests in a timely manner.

+ Collaborate with Directors, Advisors, and Relationship Managers on client service initiatives.

+ Participate in client education sessions (both group and one-on-one) under the direction of senior team members.

+ Contribute to special projects and client events as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: + FINRA Series 7 license, Series 215 license and RIA affiliation licensing requirements + Bachelor's degree preferred + 0-2 years of experience preferred in financial services, retirement plans, and investments + Must be able to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) + Prior experience working with retirement plans and presenting to clients preferred + Comfortable speaking with people in group and one-on-one settings (both virtually and in-person) with strong interpersonal skills + Project management experience with working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal/written communication skills + Must be a team player + Minimal travel requirements (conferences or on-site client visits) Department Account Management & Service Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience Required Travel: Negligible Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
