Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Manage pricing, maintain inventory data, and review purchase orders to ensure profitability.

Develop and monitor customer service KPIs to measure performance and satisfaction.

Analyze sales forecasts, order volumes, and business trends to ensure alignment with growth goals.

Oversee the order entry process and support resolution of strategic challenges.

Provide coaching, performance management, and feedback to a direct report (Customer Advocate).

Conduct employee evaluations, support development, and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Full-time, onsite role (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).

Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to start date.

Periodic travel required to a secondary company location within Massachusetts.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Plastics/Materials Science, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales function within a manufacturing environment.

Experience using ERP systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong understanding of manufacturing cost models and business processes.
